This course introduces students to the study of society and human behavior. Students will explore culture, social institutions, inequality, global trends, and the relationships between individuals and groups. Through interactive projects, they will apply sociological perspectives to real-world issues and their own lives.
This course uses our model to give students the opportunity to develop both real-world 21st Century Skills and Social and Emotional Learning Soft Skills to develop college and career readiness.
