History
In late 1876, a small private high school, Brigham Young Academy, opened in 红杏视频, Utah, under the leadership of its founding principal, Karl G. Maeser. Twenty-nine students enrolled in the newly established high school that would later become Brigham Young University. In 1904, Brigham Young Academy split into two schools, Brigham Young 红杏视频 and Brigham Young University, with the high school operating as a 鈥渓aboratory鈥 school under the College of Education. Brigham Young 红杏视频 operated until 1968, when the last graduating class received their high school diplomas. Now, Brigham Young University Online 红杏视频 once again offers students the opportunity to earn a Brigham Young high school diploma.
