In this course, students will learn the knowledge and skills needed to make healthy choices in everyday life. They will explore physical, mental, emotional, social, and environmental health through real-life examples and interactive activities. Students will also examine how different aspects of health influence overall well-being. They will learn how to care for themselves and advocate for health-related issues.
This course uses our model to give students the opportunity to develop both real-world 21st Century Skills and Social and Emotional Learning Soft Skills to develop college and career readiness.
