In this course, students learn to think like scientists and engineers as they explore forces, motion, and Earth’s changing surface. Through hands-on investigations, they study Newton’s laws, magnetism, electricity, and the dynamic systems that shape our planet. By the end, students will understand how data, design, and scientific thinking can help solve real-world problems. This is the first half of a two-part Seventh-Grade Science series. This course also encompasses Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).

This course uses our model to give students the opportunity to develop both real-world 21st Century Skills and Social and Emotional Learning Soft Skills to develop college and career readiness.
